Description:

They are seeking a Senior/Principal DevOps Engineer to automate, secure, and scale their infrastructure.
The role involves designing and building scalable cloud infrastructure, automating provisioning using Terraform and Helm, and improving CI/CD pipelines for various platforms.
Responsibilities include setting up monitoring and logging systems, designing infrastructure for data lakes and ETL pipelines, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure system integrity and security.
The tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, Rust, Go, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and various monitoring tools.
Requirements:
Candidates must have proven experience managing scalable Linux-based environments.
Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure is required.
Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Terragrunt is necessary.
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is required.
Candidates should have strong database experience, particularly with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Memcached.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki is necessary.
An understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience in a fully remote environment, familiarity with Ruby on Rails or Golang, knowledge of serverless technologies, and experience with service mesh technologies.
