Description:

Protegrity is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work in Mumbai on a full-time basis.
The company focuses on innovation through AI and quantum-resistant cryptography to enhance data protection across various environments.
The role involves implementing and managing the DevOps approach, bridging the gap between development and operations teams.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Docker.
The engineer will define and set processes for DevOps operations, automate deployment, and optimize application infrastructure on public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Collaboration with development and operations teams is essential to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.
The engineer will also monitor and manage infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a BE/ME/MCA or a related degree.
A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant DevOps experience is required.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and concepts such as CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Artifactory/Nexus is necessary.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Ruby, or Java are essential.
Experience in building and maintaining cloud-based applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is required.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes is important.
Experience with Linux-based infrastructure is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data protection, privacy, and security domains is preferred.
