Remote Senior DevOps Engineer at Avalanche Labs

Description:

Avalanche Laboratory is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team and work on projects in the iGambling industry.
The role involves designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, working with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), implementing monitoring and logging solutions, ensuring security and compliance, and automating operational processes.
The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure components, and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, Bash, etc.
Strong expertise in IaC tools like Terraform and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana.
