Description:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 3Pillar, you will play a crucial role in operational excellence and innovation across various industries.
You will ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery of groundbreaking projects, including urban living transformations and healthcare solutions.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring a dynamic team, optimizing deployment strategies, and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
You will lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity.
You will architect and manage complex cloud environments, focusing on performance, security, and scalability using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
You will serve as a mentor to DevOps Engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
You will tackle complex system performance issues, employing advanced analytical skills to maintain reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with proficient coding skills in Python, Java, Ruby, or Go.
Deep expertise in automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential.
Advanced knowledge in monitoring, logging (Prometheus, ELK), source control (Git), networking, security, and database management is required.
You should possess leadership skills with the ability to mentor others and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong collaborative skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional English communication skills are required for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving system issues efficiently, are essential.
You must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
