Remote Senior DevOps Engineer (Architecture)

Description:

• The Senior DevOps Engineer will design and develop critical architecture for staking infrastructures.
• Responsibilities include DevOps engineering and team coordination.
• The role involves maintaining and upgrading critical validators.
• The engineer will upgrade and manage SRE toolings and infrastructures.
• Coordination with third-party partners for certain engineering tasks is required.
• The position includes coordinating blockchain ecosystems to maintain validators and necessary infrastructures.
• The engineer must swiftly respond to emergency events.
• Coordination with external partnerships such as validator onboarding/offboarding and code auditing is necessary.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related major is required.
• Engineering management experience is mandatory.
• A deep understanding and experience in cloud and bare metal infrastructures is essential.
• Experience in multi-party computation and signing infrastructures is required.
• Strong coding skills are necessary for this position.
• A deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure technology is crucial.
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of blockchain development frameworks, such as CosmosSDK, Eigenlayer, and Ethereum DKG.
• Open source contributions in the past are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Rust programming skills are preferred.
• Candidates must understand blockchain consensus protocols.
• An understanding of blockchain applications and smart contracts is necessary.
• Near 24/7 availability is expected.
