Description:

Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance their team.
The position is remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
The role involves collaborating with clients from the United States and Europe to develop pioneering digital solutions.
The engineer will be responsible for the development, deployment, and scalability of cloud infrastructure, specifically using AWS services.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, developing infrastructure-as-code, managing applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and implementing monitoring and security best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure management.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS is required.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI is essential.
Expertise in scripting languages, particularly Bash or Python, for automation tasks is necessary.
Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is required.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana is important.
A good understanding of networking, cloud security, and IAM best practices is needed.
