Description:
Sword Health is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance and optimize the infrastructure of their digital health platform.
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient infrastructure to support high-demand applications and services.
Responsibilities include automating deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of infrastructure changes.
The engineer will drive security best practices, lead incident response, and mentor junior team members.
Staying updated with industry trends and bringing innovative solutions to DevOps processes is also a key aspect of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with Linux environments and DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerized applications (Docker) is required.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and monitoring tools such as Google Cloud Monitoring/StackDriver, Grafana, Prometheus/AlertManager, and NewRelic is necessary.
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD processes is essential.
A proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and team player qualities are important.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about technologies and innovation and must be fluent in English (written and oral).
Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of Cloud Networking.
