Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using platforms such as OpenStack or VMWare
• Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with development teams to improve code deployment processes and application performance
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across all systems and processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong Experience with virtualization and networking technologies.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab, CircleCI).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMware) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• String expertise in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
