Remote Senior DevOps Engineer - Contract

• YanTech Associates are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a top eCommerce company in Europe.
• The position is based in Spain and is a full-time contract role.
• The Senior DevOps Engineer will work closely with development and data engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include leading the automation and optimization of operations and workflows.
• The engineer will develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment and monitoring capabilities.
• The role involves assessing and integrating tools and technologies to strengthen system infrastructure and processes.
• The engineer will champion system improvements, particularly in container orchestration.
• Documentation of processes, systems, and best practices is required to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience or knowledge in Java, SpringBoot, Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Kafka is required.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
• Experience in AWS is essential.
• Great communication skills are a must for this position.
