Description:

  • The Senior DevOps Engineer (SCE) will be responsible for ensuring high availability and stellar performance of the digital advertisement SaaS suite.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to provide reliable solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor system health, optimize performance, and improve reliability of software solutions.
  • Gather and analyze metrics for performance tuning and fault finding.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
  • Create sustainable systems through automation and uplifts while balancing feature development speed and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes with Helm, Docker, and AWS.
  • Ability to program in multiple high-level languages like TypeScript, Rust, Python, etc.
  • Extensive experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools like DataDog, Kibana, etc.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture using distributed message brokers such as Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, etc.
  • Familiarity with dynamic resource management frameworks like Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
  • Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and team spirit.
  • Preferred: AWS and/or Kubernetes certifications.
