Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop to join their Developer Productivity Pillar.
This role is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada.
The position is full-time, permanent, and exempt.
The cash compensation varies based on geographic location, experience, and skills, with specific pay zones outlined for the U.S. and Canada.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will report to the Senior Manager, Engineering.
Responsibilities include driving the implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, overseeing multiple development environments, defining development processes, and mentoring junior team members.
The role also involves collaborating with software engineering teams, staying current with DevOps trends, and participating in engineering citizenship activities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record of deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
A deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient applications on AWS is required.
Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Node.js projects is essential.
Candidates should excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset and a passion for mentoring team members are necessary.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
