The Senior DevOps Engineer will own build and deployment automation for Vannevar Labs.

The engineer will develop, maintain, and be responsible for overall platform health, scaling, and planning.
Responsibilities include developing self-service tools, automating processes, building logging and monitoring tools, and implementing a secure DevOps pipeline.
The engineer will work on building out a multi-account AWS environment and automating build and deployment processes.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering is required.
Candidates must have experience crafting CI/CD processes and automation.
Deep knowledge of AWS cloud technology is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Loki, or Prometheus is required.
Experience with infrastructure as code technologies like Terraform and Pulumi is necessary.
Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker is expected.
Candidates should be excellent in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
Experience working in an agile scrum environment and the ability to work independently are required.
Candidates must be able to quickly learn new and existing technologies.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities are essential.
U.S. Citizenship status is required due to access to U.S. only data systems and export-controlled data.
