Description:

The position is for a Senior DevOps Engineer, fully remote, based in Armenia.
The working hours are between 8 PM and 5 AM GMT+4.
Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and development of the current infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
The role involves solving deployment challenges for applications in both test and production environments.
The engineer will implement robust monitoring and logging systems.
Participation in the analysis and resolution of incidents is required.
Collaboration with the product team to ensure seamless operations is essential.

Requirements:

Practical experience with tools and platforms such as Git, GitLab, GitLab-CI, Docker, Docker-Compose, AWS SDK (including EC2, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS), Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, Terraform, and FluxCD/ArgoCD/Fleet is necessary.
Knowledge in Service Mesh solutions like Consul or Istio is required.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix is essential.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, TSDB) is needed.
A strong understanding of Linux OS and network stack, along with practical troubleshooting skills, is required.
Proficiency in shell scripting or Python is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Golang and additional expertise in Service Mesh solutions.
