Description:
Consensus is a fast-growing SaaS company based in the United States, focused on changing the way the world buys enterprise software through intelligent demo automation software.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Terraform, including provisioning and managing AWS resources, automating changes, and monitoring performance.
The role involves managing and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure, optimizing resource usage, monitoring clusters, and troubleshooting issues.
The engineer will collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement Kubernetes best practices and tools for managing applications on Kubernetes.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and optimizing the technology stack from continuous integration to deployment, as well as developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automating testing and deployment.
The position requires fine-tuning alerting and monitoring tools and processes, making hardware and software expansion recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features to customers.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of previous experience in a relevant field.
AWS Professional Certifications are preferred.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform is required.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Terraform, and Vault is necessary.
A solid understanding of architectural principles and strong system design for micro-services and micro-front-ends is essential.
Strong system debugging skills and the ability to aid in scale/performance roadmaps are required.
Experience with various database types, including Relational and NoSQL, is necessary.
