As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 3Pillar, you will be the cornerstone of operational excellence, driving innovations that redefine industries.
Your expertise in DevOps practices will ensure the seamless integration and continuous delivery of groundbreaking projects.
You will mentor a dynamic team, optimize deployment strategies, and implement cutting-edge technologies.
Key responsibilities include developing C# .NET solutions, automating deployment of in-house applications, and maintaining tools for development teams.
You will debug and maintain written code, define and organize projects, and report and resolve issues related to application infrastructure.
You will identify and handle technical risks, provide technical support to stakeholders, and report on project statuses to senior team members.
Participation in project meetings with management and other team members is also required.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience is required.
You must have on-premises service experience with DevOps and experience in C#, .NET 6 (or higher), and Git.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a C# programmer or developer is necessary.
You should be able to write clean, easy-to-understand code and work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Docker, PowerShell, Bash, and self-hosted GitHub Actions is required.
Intermediate knowledge of networking and Linux is necessary, along with experience working in an agile environment.
Leadership skills to mentor others and influence cross-functional teams are essential.
Exceptional English communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
