Remote Senior DevOps Engineer (Platform Engineer, AWS)

Description:

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in methodical and efficient troubleshooting across the entire stack is necessary.
• Proficiency in Linux OS, command-line operations, and networking stacks (Load Balancers, Proxies, (S)NAT, Docker, etc.) is essential.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, Golang, Bash, ReactJS, etc.) is required for troubleshooting.
• High-level skills with managed services from cloud providers, particularly AWS, are necessary.
• A deep understanding of building pipelines with K8s/EKS and HELM is required.
• Experience in creating operational metrics, dashboards, and alerts is essential.
• Knowledge of container technologies and orchestration techniques is required.
• Familiarity with service meshes, dynamic configuration, container scanning, and secrets management is necessary.
• Experience in automating tasks, building tools in Python or Golang, and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is required.
