In this fully remote position, you will be developing complex products and working with infrastructure that processes petabytes of data.

We are looking for a strong colleague to help us build the future of DevOps and Operations at Oxylabs, addressing various challenges as we grow quickly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining current product infrastructure, participating in building Private/Public Cloud-based platforms, closely collaborating with developers, proactively analyzing systems, supporting development teams, mentoring peers, and welcoming new ideas and projects.

Requirements:

You must have strong IT fundamentals, including networking, OS, virtualization, security, data management, programming, scripting, and cloud computing.
Experience in designing, planning, delegating work, and maintaining projects is required.
You should have experience in creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large-scale environments.
Advanced knowledge of CI/CD automation using GitLab CI or similar technologies is necessary.
Expertise with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK is essential.
You must have experience in the design and implementation of successful automations, including IaC, Helm, and self-developed solutions.
It is a plus if you have experience with public or private cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack).
Leadership experience in driving DevOps projects or owning areas and implementing across teams is desirable.
Mentorship and coaching experience is a nice-to-have.
Project development experience with Go, Python, or other programming languages is also beneficial.

The gross salary for this position ranges from 17600 to 33400 PLN per month, with openness to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
