Description:
Dscout, a company specializing in user research tools, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale their platform.
The ideal candidate should have experience with AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

The DevOps architecture includes AWS, S3, CloudFront, CloudFlare CDNs, Postgres, Terraform, Cloudflare WAF, CI/CD, and observability tools like DataDog and Honeybadger.
Responsibilities include working with the DevOps team, collaborating with Engineering, designing and implementing DevOps solutions, ensuring platform stability, and adopting security best practices.
Requirements include 4-6 years of engineering experience, 2 years in a DevOps role, expertise in AWS infrastructure, IoC tools, Linux, Docker, observability tools, and security principles.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in any engineering role.
At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps engineer role specifically.
Expertise in designing, creating, and managing AWS infrastructure.
Proficiency in using IoC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc) for cloud infrastructure management.
Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and a scripting language.
Familiarity with modern tools like Docker, GitHub, CircleCi, etc.
Understanding of how DevOps design influences application architecture and SDLC.
Experience with observability tools, troubleshooting, monitoring, and alarming.
Solid grasp of security principles and designing with a security-first approach.
