Jobgether is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work remotely in India.
The role involves building and maintaining a high-performance Kubernetes platform for the company's AI SaaS platform.
Responsibilities include implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, improving the Kubernetes onboarding experience, and collaborating with internal teams for efficient and secure continuous delivery.
The engineer will handle platform feature development, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated with emerging technologies in the Kubernetes community.
This position is high-impact, contributing to both technical innovation and the strategic direction of the infrastructure.
Key accountabilities include designing and maintaining a Kubernetes platform, collaborating with application teams, monitoring platform performance, and participating in on-call support.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in building high-quality infrastructure solutions in a collaborative environment.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes and experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production is essential.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, resource management, scheduling, auto-scaling, and cluster networking is necessary.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible is required.
Proficiency in programming and automation scripting with Python or Golang is needed.
Hands-on experience with designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with platforms like Harness.io, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or JenkinsX is expected.
A solid understanding of operating systems, distributed systems, networking, and concurrent programming is important.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions with different trade-offs are required.
Candidates must be able to work effectively across multiple time zones and in a multicultural team.
