Description:

The position is for a Senior DevOps Engineer at Hunt St, a company that helps Australian businesses hire top remote talent from the Philippines.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM (AU Time Zone).
The salary range for this role is $2500 - $3000 AUD.
The client provides solutions to financial businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, focusing on delivering accurate insights to lenders and businesses.
The role involves maintaining and improving the resiliency of core applications and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
Responsibilities include enhancing platform infrastructure through automation, ensuring core services are updated and security patched, and collaborating with development teams for application configuration.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Linux is essential; candidates should be Linux native.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
Candidates should have strong experience in Linux administration, Bash scripting, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
Good knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, and CDNs is required.
