Description:

  • DoseSpot is a PE-backed start-up and a leader in the electronic prescribing software market, with its subsidiary pVerify specializing in insurance verification solutions.
  • The company is experiencing hyper-growth at the intersection of software and healthcare, aiming to improve the healthcare experience for patients and doctors.
  • The Senior DevOps-Networking Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for highly scalable and secure enterprise applications.
  • The role involves designing, configuring, and managing cloud network infrastructure, including Virtual Networks (VNet) peering, private endpoints, route tables, network security groups (NSGs), and VPNs.
  • Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining cloud-based firewall policies, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network architecture and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • The position requires monitoring system performance, implementing security best practices, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Scheduled on-call support for cloud infrastructure is also part of the role, along with participation in scrum ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, or Cloud Networking Engineer.
  • A strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with network configuration and management is essential.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible is required.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, are a plus.
