Description:
Collectly is a tech-enabled patient billing platform that enhances patient cash flow and streamlines billing operations.
The Senior DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of infrastructure and software delivery processes.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform and Ansible.
The role involves automating the provisioning, deployment, and scaling of infrastructure components across various environments.
The engineer will identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
The position requires designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software releases.
Collaboration with development teams to optimize build, test, and deployment processes is essential.
The engineer will integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle and automate security measures within CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities also include implementing monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to performance and security issues.
The engineer will act as a key responder to incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Active participation in cross-functional team efforts and maintaining clear documentation for processes and best practices is expected.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related roles is necessary.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible is essential.
Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions is required.
A strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is needed.
Solid knowledge of security principles and best practices is essential.
Experience with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack is required.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Fluency in English is required.
Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Experience with infrastructure security tools and practices, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, is preferred.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS is a plus.
