Remote Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer

Description:

• The Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation to maintain high availability of production and non-production work environments.
• They will collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure.
• The role involves implementing and executing cloud practices for build management, product release, and operation processes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure engineer.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining AWS environments/infrastructure.
• Working experience with various AWS services such as ECS (Fargate), ECR, S3, RDS (Aurora), VPC, IAM, QuickSight, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS, ElastiCache, Lambda.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to set up and automate alerting and monitoring using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python.
• Experience in supporting customer-facing environments in terms of availability, performance, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in working with containerization technologies like Docker.
