Description:

Join Divio, a small remote team across Europe, passionate about tech and infrastructure.
As a Senior DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, you will manage AWS infrastructure supporting over a hundred highly available websites.
Collaborate with the team in agile sprints to maintain and evolve the AWS infrastructure for clients.
Follow Infrastructure-As-Code best practices and document changes while proposing improvements.
Set up and maintain test and staging environments to support the frontend team.
Design, develop, and maintain infrastructures with a focus on security, stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Deliver AWS and TypeScript-based solutions, including AWS Lambda, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS DynamoDB.
Provide on-call support and proactively address potential issues.
Work with a tech stack that includes AWS services, TypeScript, Storyblok, and Gatsby.

Requirements:

Must have strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript concepts.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, Lambdas, and DynamoDB.
Familiarity with AWS CDK (TypeScript) and web-related protocols like HTTP and DNS.
Important to have experience integrating APIs with Storyblok and familiarity with Git.
Nice to have Python (and ideally Django) experience, Linux system administration skills, and familiarity with other IaaS providers.
Familiarity with backing services like Postgres and Redis, and configuration management software like Ansible or Terraform is a plus.
Core competencies include professionalism in client interactions, reliability, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English and a desire to learn and improve.
