Fluidstack is building GPU supercomputers for top AI labs, governments, and enterprises, with customers including Mistral, Poolside, Black Forest Labs, and Meta.
The company has a small, highly motivated team focused on providing a world-class supercomputing experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
The Senior DevRel Engineer will lead Fluidstack's engagement with the AI/ML community, driving adoption of the AI platform by building trust with top AI research labs and fostering strategic partnerships.
This role involves leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to represent Fluidstack in developer communities, at events, and on social media.
The engineer will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to shape Fluidstack's technical voice and brand identity.
Responsibilities include enhancing Fluidstack's understanding of industry challenges, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, establishing feedback loops, building strategic partnerships, and staying informed about advancements in AI/ML frameworks and technologies.

Requirements:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical audiences and commercial stakeholders are required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript is essential.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and their integration with scalable infrastructure is required.
Experience working across all layers of infrastructure, including storage, networking, systems architecture, and high-performance computing environments, is needed.
Proven experience in creating high-quality technical content, such as blogs, documentation, videos, or conference talks, is necessary.
Experience with technical assets such as SDKs, APIs, and sample applications is required.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify pain points and propose actionable solutions that align with business goals is essential.
