Remote Senior DevSecOps Engineer

• The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevSecMLOps Engineer with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and hands-on implementation capabilities.
• The role involves architecting, building, and maintaining secure and compliant CI/CD pipelines and ML operations infrastructure, primarily on Azure, while supporting multi-cloud environments.
• Responsibilities include embedding cutting-edge security tools, maintaining robust observability frameworks, ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and pushing the envelope with proof-of-concepts on emerging technologies.
• The position requires strong networking knowledge, solution architecture skills, and incident management abilities to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer communication.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles, with at least 2+ years focusing on MLOps or ML-centric pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, AKS, and Azure Machine Learning, is essential.
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi and cloud-based CI/CD workflows is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting is necessary.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and data engineering best practices is preferred; exposure to GenAI/LLMs is a plus.
• Experience with security scanning tools (SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy), CI/CD platforms (Jenkins), version control (BitBucket, Git), and the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) is required.
• Candidates should have experience in observability and monitoring tools (DataDog, ELK, Prometheus) and a strong understanding of networking concepts, design, and troubleshooting.
• A proven track record working within SOC 2 or ISO 27001 environments is necessary, along with familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Vanta) being a plus.
• Required certifications include Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer Associate), with additional relevant certifications in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or security (CISSP, CISM, CCSK) being highly desired.
