Description:

  • We are currently looking to add a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant to our consulting team to help customers achieve their business and digital objectives by leveraging modern software capabilities and digital best practices.
  • This role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and define web solutions, recommendations, and roadmaps for customers who are typically heads of digital, IT, or web managers within large organizations.
  • As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing customer needs and pain points in relation to digital experience design, delivery, and management.
  • You will design, plan, and facilitate stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops.
  • You will transform big ambitions into clearly articulated and actionable roadmaps and presentations.
  • You will identify opportunities to leverage the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP) capabilities and other tools within the customer’s wider ecosystem to improve their digital experiences.
  • You will inspire customers with opportunities to deliver industry-leading web solutions alongside a clear path to execution.
  • You will identify the resources, activities, and technologies required to implement solutions or proactively engage with stakeholders to define this.

Requirements:

  • Previous consulting or digital advisory-related experience is required, including service design, UX consulting, digital consulting, or digital agency experience.
  • You must have experience in workshop design and facilitation from senior to operational stakeholders.
  • You should demonstrate critical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills are necessary, with proficiency in creating visually engaging PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • You must have a strong presence and professional presentation for customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience conducting research, surveys, or interviews, and gleaning insights from data is required.
  • You should have the ability to steer cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • You must be able to work to deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Client management experience is necessary.
  • A pragmatic approach over purity is preferred.
  • You should possess intellectual curiosity and a solution-oriented approach.
  • A passion for digital solutions and commercial acumen is required.
