Lead project development efforts in Drupal, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Participate in technical meetings with teams and clients to discuss project requirements and strategies.

Proficiency in PHP 7 and above, utilizing object-oriented programming principles.
Strong experience with Drupal 8/9/10, including both contributed and custom modules/themes.
Familiarity with Composer for managing project dependencies.
Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Proficient in version control systems, with a preference for Git.
Comfortable working in a Linux environment and utilizing terminal commands.
Familiarity with REST protocol and experience with distributed systems.
Knowledge of design/architectural patterns.
Advanced English language skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Acquia Site Studio.
- Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
- Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers.
- Previous involvement in Agile projects.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines (DevOps principles).
- Knowledge of frontend web development is a plus.
