Description:

Rasa is seeking a Senior Engineer for Developer Relations who will spend approximately 20% of their time contributing to the codebase and the majority on DevRel work.
The role involves using creativity, technical skills, and enthusiasm to inspire developers to build with Rasa.
Responsibilities include building innovative projects with Rasa and adjacent technologies, sharing code, and producing engaging content.
The engineer will create benchmarks and demos to showcase Rasa’s CALM approach and build relationships with related technologies.
Staying updated with AI/ML trends on social media and contributing to discussions is essential.
The role also involves producing educational content and strengthening the community across various platforms.

Requirements:

Candidates must code at a Senior Engineer level.
A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals is required, with the ability to explain concepts like backpropagation, beam search, attention, and DPO.
Strong presentation, public speaking, and technical writing skills are necessary.
The ability to quickly build compelling prototypes is essential.
Candidates should possess creative ideas and an understanding of what resonates with audiences.
Being active on social media and having skills to build an audience is important.
An innate curiosity about how things work is expected.
