Description:

Rasa is seeking a Senior Engineer for Developer Relations who will spend approximately 20% of their time contributing to the codebase and the majority on DevRel work.
The role involves using creativity, technical skills, and enthusiasm to inspire developers to build with Rasa.
Responsibilities include building innovative projects with Rasa and adjacent technologies, sharing code, and producing engaging content.
The engineer will create benchmarks and demos to showcase Rasa’s CALM approach and build relationships with related technologies.
Staying updated with AI/ML trends on social media and contributing to discussions is essential.
The role also involves producing educational content and strengthening the community across various platforms.
The position reports to the co-founder/CTO and requires a hands-on approach typical of a startup environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must code at a Senior Engineer level and have a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
The ability to explain complex concepts such as backpropagation, beam search, attention, and DPO is necessary.
Strong presentation, public speaking, and technical writing skills are required.
The candidate should be able to quickly build compelling prototypes and possess a wealth of creative ideas that resonate with audiences.
Being active on social media and having the skills to build an audience is important.
An innate curiosity about technology and how things work is essential for this role.
