Description:
- Velotio Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation efforts.
- Responsibilities include providing developers with a full set of DevOps lifecycle tools for automated release management.
- Tasks involve database management, automating build processes, environment setups, deployments, and production operational metrics/debugging information.
- The role requires working with Kubernetes and cloud environments at scale.
Requirements:
- Building automation to consolidate container technologies and migrate microservices from ECS & Kubernetes to EKS/AKS.
- Building automation to migrate a monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a containerized infrastructure on EKS/AKS.
- Participating in the design/evaluation of new tools, techniques, and technologies.
- Contributing to and building the architecture of the Cloud platform and its delivery.
- Developing tools and software applications using Terraform, YAML, JavaScript, Ruby, PowerShell, and Bash to enhance the operational stack.
