  • You will design, build, and maintain infrastructure systems that support NetBox Labs’ SaaS and internal engineering needs.
  • Responsibilities include operating and optimizing AWS and other cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on cost efficiency, security, and performance.
  • You will contribute to internal platform tooling, CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, and enhance developer self-service capabilities.
  • The role also involves improving observability and incident response systems, including monitoring, alerting, and SLOs.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling, ideally GitHub Actions, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar is required.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or shell scripting is expected.
  • Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for this position.

  • Employees will have access to collaboration tools such as Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, and Notion for real-time and asynchronous work.
  • The company organizes annual events, industry conferences, and meetups to foster team bonding and professional development.
  • NetBox Labs values innovation, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in its platform and methodologies, providing a supportive work environment.
