Description:

  • The Senior Engineer will work as a support lead, managing 2 or 3 support engineers, and providing support to business users when needed.
  • Tools to support include Zoom, Asana, G Suite, Box, Lucid Chart, MS Teams, and SharePoint online.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are required, along with effective communication with business users.
  • Willingness to learn skills to support sites deployed on different technology platforms.
  • Proactively report updates and flag potential blockers or risks.
  • Translate business needs into feasible solutions.
  • Provide KPIs and SLA reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Good understanding of request tracking and ticketing systems.
  • Provide L2 support around collaboration tools.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SharePoint App Development.
  • Experience with collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of support engineers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Understanding of request tracking and ticketing systems.
