Remote Senior Engineer, Front End

Description:

• Qovery is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join their team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the web-based user interface.
• The role involves collaborating with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Daily tasks include contributing to front-end development efforts, defining development standards, and staying updated on industry trends.
• The frontend technical stack includes React, Nx monorepo, Gatsby, Prismic, Tailwind, SCSS, Cypress, Jest, and Storybook.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer.
• Proficiency in a major framework (e.g., React, Vue) and strong skills in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to create simple and reusable components using design patterns.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
• Visible online work/portfolio, value code simplicity, performance, and details.
• Knowledge of Agile methods, willingness to learn, collaborative, and fluent in English.
