The Application Team is responsible for delivering out-of-the-box analyses within the Rockerbox platform in collaboration with data engineering teams.
This role focuses on delivering the platform’s insights capabilities by owning projects that result in customer-facing dashboards and analytics interfaces.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and the App team to define product feature goals, designing and implementing robust solutions, owning testing frameworks, and bridging data science applications with core application development.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software engineering and data analytics.
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and data science concepts is required.
Fullstack experience in delivering analysis or dashboarding products is necessary.
A proven background in data science, with practical knowledge of algorithms and data structures relevant to marketing analytics, is essential.
Experience with front-end technologies, specifically React, is required.
Expertise in testing and experimentation methodologies is necessary.
The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

The position offers a base salary of $175,000 along with equity options.
It is a remote-first role, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the US.
