Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience working on systems at scale.
• Should be focused on delivering performant, defect-free, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to create alignment.
• Proficiency in coding, preferably in Go, and experience with IDLs, RPC frameworks, cloud platforms, and relational databases.
• Capable of debugging issues and foreseeing problems to prevent them.
• Nice-to-haves include experience in financial services or accounting, distributed systems/databases, event-driven systems, remote work, and startup experience.
