Description:

Collaborate remotely with a globally distributed team to develop cutting-edge telemetry and connectivity solutions for the IoT revolution.
Architect scalable service APIs using Python and Golang to provide streaming data services.
Develop data governance, management, and auditing systems within the telemetry platform.
Design and implement new features and enhancements for a cloud-based SaaS offering and containerized on-prem solution.
Review code and technical designs, discuss ideas, and collaborate on finding optimal solutions.
Work remotely with global travel for internal and external events.

Requirements:

Passion for open source software, Linux, and Web Services at scale.
Curious, flexible, articulate, and accountable with strong soft skills.
Good understanding of cybersecurity, IoT challenges, and data streaming technologies.
Knowledge and experience in telemetry and connectivity systems, data streaming technologies, observability, and data governance/IAM models.
Proficiency in designing and implementing back-end web services, messaging/data pipelines, and REST APIs using Python and/or Golang.
Familiarity with Ubuntu as a development and deployment platform.
Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or similar degree.
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
