Olsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team is at the forefront of engineering innovation, providing comprehensive services for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations.
The Senior Federal Fire Protection Engineer will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects, delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cutting-edge fire protection systems, navigating and adhering to federal and local safety regulations, leading collaborative efforts on major projects, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated with the latest advancements in fire protection technology.
The position allows for remote work or being located out of any Olsson office.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
Candidates must be a licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE).
A minimum of eight years of engineering experience in Fire Protection is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in Federal projects is essential.
Experience in healthcare or data centers is a plus.
Familiarity with REVIT is also a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are required.
