As a Senior Federal Fire Protection Engineer, you will work on challenging and impactful projects in fire protection design.
You will leverage your extensive experience and expertise to solve complex engineering problems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cutting-edge fire protection systems, navigating federal and local safety regulations, leading collaborative efforts on major projects, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated with advancements in fire protection technology.
The position allows for remote work or being located out of any Olsson office.

Requirements:

You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
You must be a licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE).
A minimum of eight years of engineering experience in Fire Protection is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in Federal projects is required.
Experience in healthcare or data centers is a plus.
Familiarity with REVIT is also a plus.
