Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Data & Business Intelligence team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the evolution of financial reporting within a challenging and dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between finance and BI, with a strong emphasis on SQL-based data analysis, integration, and advanced financial modeling.
Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that our financial reports serve as the primary and most reliable source of business insights.
As a senior member of a team of 12 experts, you will provide strategic support to various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, customer success, and people experience.
You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop sophisticated reports, in-depth analyses, predictive models, and actionable recommendations that will enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our financial reporting, working alongside the Financial reporting team to ensure that business decisions are firmly grounded in data.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
Extensive experience (7+ years) in SQL, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights and leading data-driven financial projects in a commercial setting is essential.
Expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis is necessary.
Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation, with a continuous drive to expand your technical skill set is required.
Solid experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced financial modeling is expected.
Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders across different functions and regions is important.
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, end-to-end BI projects that have a significant impact on business outcomes is crucial.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus.
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial data with a high degree of accuracy and speed is required.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence decision-making at the executive level is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment is necessary.
