Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Data & Business Intelligence team.
  • In this pivotal role, you will lead the evolution of financial reporting within a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • You will play a key role in bridging the gap between finance and BI, with a strong emphasis on SQL-based data analysis, integration, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that our financial reports serve as the primary and most reliable source of business insights.
  • As a senior member of a team of 12 experts, you will provide strategic support to various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, customer success, and people experience.
  • You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop sophisticated reports, in-depth analyses, predictive models, and actionable recommendations that will enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
  • Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our financial reporting, working alongside the Financial reporting team to ensure that business decisions are firmly grounded in data.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in SQL, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights and leading data-driven financial projects in a commercial setting is essential.
  • Expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation, with a continuous drive to expand your technical skill set is required.
  • Solid experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced financial modeling is expected.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders across different functions and regions is important.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, end-to-end BI projects that have a significant impact on business outcomes is crucial.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial data with a high degree of accuracy and speed is required.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence decision-making at the executive level is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment is necessary.
