Description:
Join Snyk as a Senior Finance Systems Administrator, focusing on managing, maintaining, and optimizing core finance applications.
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all NetSuite-related activities, particularly in supporting and optimizing the Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Maintain and support Oracle NetSuite and integrated cloud-based applications such as Coupa, Expensify, Stripe, Avalara, and Adaptive.
Respond to end-user requests and tickets, providing timely solutions that align with best practices and business priorities.
Collaborate with the GTMA team to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and efficient management of billing and revenue recognition through ARM and Zone Advanced Billing.
Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements, including creating new custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and saved searches.
Maintain user access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties within systems.
Support the integration of NetSuite with Salesforce CPQ, Stripe, Avalara, and other essential applications to ensure smooth data flow and system cohesiveness.
Work collaboratively across teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and integration issues.
Develop comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and conduct user training sessions to foster user adoption.
Assist with data analysis, audits, and reporting.
Actively engage in system-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration is required.
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is necessary.
Understanding of Order to Cash processes is required.
Familiarity with system integration capabilities in NetSuite, including SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and SuiteAnalytics Connect, is needed.
Expertise in NetSuite customization, including workflows, scripts, and custom records, is essential.
Experience with Zone Advanced Billing, Fair Value Pricing, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) is required.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are necessary.
The ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies independently using documentation and online resources is required.
