We are seeking a Senior Financial AI Specialist to bridge the gap between AI technology and financial domain requirements.
This role involves leveraging AI to improve decision-making in areas such as trading, compliance, and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with AI and engineering teams to develop domain-specific models for financial workflows and defining/designing the skills of Agentic AI in financial domains.
The specialist will provide expertise in trading, portfolio optimization, and compliance to ensure models meet industry standards.
This position requires leading efforts to incorporate financial regulations into AI model design.
The specialist will act as a liaison between technical teams and financial stakeholders.
Additionally, the role involves driving the adoption of AI solutions by providing training and support to end users.

Requirements:

An advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on AI applications.
Knowledge of financial modeling, trading strategies, and risk assessment is essential.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, including NLP and machine learning, is necessary.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for this position.
A product/solution mindset with the ability to own and lead projects from A-Z is a must.
