Description:

• The Senior Financial Data Analyst position at STAT Recovery involves performing detailed data analysis on client financial transaction data to identify deduction recovery opportunities and ensure completion.
• The role requires conducting technical analysis to identify data anomalies and researching root causes using various technologies.
• The analyst will synthesize insights and develop visual reports to effectively communicate data findings to clients.
• Developing repeatable workflows for automating data cleansing and calculation steps is a key responsibility.
• Identifying new analysis opportunities, developing prototype solutions, leading internal technical learning sessions, and contributing to shaping strategic priorities of the Analytics function are also part of the role.
• The position entails working with subject matter experts to document Retail processes and executing personal learning objectives to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of financial analysis, financial modeling, and analytic process experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, with relevant work experience also considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential due to the job's heavy analytical component.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel are required.
