Description:
The Senior Financial Systems Administrator will manage and enhance the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, NetSuite, and DealHub.
Responsibilities include administering the systems, ensuring system integrity, and prioritizing the needs of end-users and functional teams.
The role involves collaboration with the Financial Systems Engineering Manager to deliver continuous improvements to the Financial Systems Ecosystem.
Key tasks include configuration, testing, and maintenance of the systems to align with organizational needs.
The administrator will collaborate with various teams to identify and implement system enhancements and updates.
Conducting rigorous testing in accordance with software development lifecycles and change management policies is essential.
The role requires developing and updating system documentation, including architectural flowcharts, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
The administrator will also develop and maintain training materials and deliver training to end-users.
Providing audit support for SOX compliance, including report generation and documentation development, is part of the job.
Staying informed about new features in Coupa, NetSuite, and DealHub and providing recommendations for adoption is expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong system acumen and a keen interest in understanding how systems support the larger business.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Candidates should have at least one of the following: 6+ years of system administration experience related to corporate Expenses, Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Record-to-Report; 5 years of experience administering Coupa, DealHub CPQ, or NetSuite; or 3+ years of experience implementing multiple instances of Coupa, DealHub CPQ, or NetSuite.
A deep understanding of Expense, Procure-to-Pay, or Quote to Cash systems is required, along with the ability to stay informed of technology changes.
Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities.
The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively is necessary.
Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information is crucial.
