We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications.
You will leverage your expertise in Flutter and mobile development to design efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications across both iOS and Android platforms.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, focusing on automated testing and deployment to streamline release cycles.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend engineers, to create seamless user experiences is essential.
You will develop and maintain application state management solutions using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or other best practices.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards is required.
Integrating third-party APIs, SDKs, and services as required, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange is part of the role.
Staying up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and libraries, and applying them to improve development workflows is expected.
Implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms within mobile applications is necessary.
Documenting development processes, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and mentoring junior developers are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development, with significant exposure to Flutter and Dart is required.
Proficiency in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
A strong understanding of Flutter architecture, including state management, navigation, and animations is essential.
Experience with Firebase, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services is necessary.
Advanced debugging and performance optimization skills for mobile applications are required.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.) is important.
