Description:

The Senior Flutter Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
They will lead and mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile experiences.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining advanced mobile applications, integrating RESTful APIs, ensuring responsive UI, leading the app development lifecycle, providing guidance to junior developers, conducting code reviews, staying updated on Flutter trends, and advocating for best practices.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, resolving technical issues, writing tests, and automating deployment processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of mobile architecture principles.
Experience deploying and managing applications in Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Deep understanding of state management techniques, RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native mobile development.
Proficiency in tools like Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines, along with debugging and optimization skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, native mobile development in Swift or Kotlin, and Firebase services.
Experience with advanced features like animations, offline functionality, and security practices, as well as mentoring and leading development teams.
