Remote Senior Flutter Developer (AU IT, WFH)

Description:

• The position is for a Senior Flutter Developer working full-time from home in the Philippines.
• The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT.
• The developer will design and develop cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.
• Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders is essential to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Flutter best practices and design patterns.
• The developer will implement pixel-perfect UI designs provided by the design team, ensuring smooth animations and transitions.
• Integration of third-party libraries and APIs is required for enhanced functionality and feature implementation.
• Conducting thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs is necessary to ensure optimal performance and user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• The developer will optimize application performance and resource usage for maximum speed and scalability.
• Staying updated with the latest Flutter updates, features, and best practices is expected, incorporating them into projects when applicable.
• Collaboration with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems and databases is part of the role.
• Participation in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team is required.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Flutter is required for this position.
• Experience with iOS and Android development is necessary.
• Knowledge of React is also required.
• A background in logistics projects is a plus but not mandatory.
