Remote Senior Front-end Developer

Description:

• As a Senior Front-end Developer at JustAnswer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge front-end technologies to enhance the digital experiences of millions of users globally.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions for the platform's user interface and experience.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React/Redux.
• You will optimize front-end performance through bundling techniques and integration with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Testing front-end components at various levels and utilizing monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and contribute to the evolution of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React/Redux.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, familiarity with functional/OOP concepts, and experience with cloud providers like Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, Content Delivery Systems (CDNs) like Cloudflare, and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Experience in testing front-end components at different levels and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Additional skills in Azure DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and knowledge of micro front-ends/monorepo approach are a plus.
• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
