- Proven experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
- Proficiency in React, NextJS, and Tailwind.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.
- Advanced English communication skills for internal team communication.
