Description:
- Work in collaboration with the product and design team to select and implement the most suitable cloud-based solution for the company
- Define and document best practices and strategies for front end application code
- Provide guidance and mentorship to front end development teams to create visually appealing business software
- Ensure application performance, scalability, code quality, and design standards are maintained
- Coordinate with the offshore front end development team
- Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, and testing
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
- Educate the team on implementing new front end technologies
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues proactively
- Advocate for user experience and make data-driven product decisions
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in User Interface (UI) design and development using modern UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, MVC, JavaScript & JS Frameworks (Angular)
- Expertise in Angular and RESTful APIs, Cross-browser Compatibility, and Responsive UI
- Experience with cloud application deployment, preferably on AWS
- Familiarity with working in a DevOps model using CI/CD tools like git, Jenkins, SonarQube
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, Visual Studio, JIRA, and other tools commonly used in the Microsoft technology stack
- Angular certifications and AWS certifications are advantageous
